A: We offer poly bags (free), velvet bags (as low as $0.70), plastic boxes (as low as $0.75), and velvet boxes (as low as $2.05). If you need other packaging, such as wooden boxes, we can also provide that for you.

A: We offer deep engraving ($1.00 / pc) and raised text engraving ($70.00 mold fee).

A: Our medals are generally crafted from either steel or zinc. Steel offers greater strength but supports simpler designs, while zinc allows for finer detail, is lighter in weight, and is non-magnetic.

A: No, we do not have shape or size limitations. In our system, we offer sizes from 1.5 inches to 5 inches. Other sizes can also be customized.

A: Typically, custom enamel medals are 3-5 mm, and UV printed medals are 2-3 mm. The standard thickness style is free.
You can personalize the thickness of your medals. Thicker medals will be an additional fee.

A: Yes, a standard neck ribbon is always included.
Want to personalise it? We also offer printed ribbons with logos or event names for a small extra charge.

A: We prefer vectorized files, but also accept ai, pdf, png, jpg, and jpeg files. A PNG file with a 300 dpi solution will work when you don't have a vector file.

A: Of course. We have 100+ professional designers offering free design advice. Whether you have a rough idea, a draft, or a logo, we will help you complete the design. We allow unlimited revisions until you're truly satisfied.

A: Of course. We know that medals are customized for your participants. Therefore, we offer an exclusive service. CustomMedals Co. usually uses laser engraving to achieve this. We charge an additional fee for this service.
However, additional molds are required if you want your name or numbers engraved on the metal wire. You will need to order them separately (we call them "AB ORDERS"), and they will be produced and shipped simultaneously.

A: There is no limit!
For enamel medals, 5 or fewer colors are free. Adding additional colors will have a corresponding fee. SUNamel Medals do not have an extra charge as to how many colors are used.

A: Of course. We provide you via email with free artwork and proofs for your medals within 24 hours. Our skilled design team will do their best to make your idea a work of art. You can make infinite revisions until you feel satisfied.
We will draw 3-D renderings for special medal designs, such as 3-D medals. Come and try it!

A: Yes, shipping is free to the USA and Europe. Shipments outside of these locations will be quoted accordingly, we can ship anywhere FedEx delivers.

A: Our fastest production time for custom medals is 3 business days, plus 2–3 days for shipping.

A: Yes, we provide rush service. For an additional rush fee, we can get your product to you faster than the standard turnaround time.

A: We primarily ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. 

A: We use SSL encryption and follow trusted industry practices to keep your payment and personal data secure.

A: We have no minimum order.

A:  Of course, multiple plating finishes can be included in one order. We charge extra for two-tone finishes and rainbow finishes, all other plating finish combinations do not affect the price.

A:  No stress—just contact us quickly, and we’ll do our best to fix it before production.
If it’s already being made or on its way, we’ll still assist—there may be a small fee or a new order may be required.

A: Designs are copyrighted by the user and we do not use, sell, or post your designs elsewhere.
