My first time ordering patches/stickers. I got quotes from both GS-JJ and a US based company. While the GS-JJ price was also slightly lower, it was actually the customer service that made me go with GS-JJ. Communication was very prompt with lots of back and forth emails to improve/finalize the design. The representative I worked with: Polaris, had good design feedback and recommendations and kept providing updates as well as a final pre-production sample which the US company refused to do. Even the shipping was great, I wont pretend to understand how I was able to receive the order from China faster than I can get items from a couple states away. While I'd prefer to buy American, GS-JJ won on price, delivery date and customer service.
