The design process was straightforward, and the final draft was completed to my satisfaction through customer service, Evelyn. However, upon receiving the actual coin, it doesn't match the design agreed upon as discussed in the email to confirm before I approve the design on the portal. Contacted Evelyn, but she didn't resolve the issue at hand. Instead, she counter offer a alternative that would cost me additional money. Totally dissatisfied with the outcome.
